No charge will me made in advance on credit card, except on special conditions at Holy Week and Feria. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, the hotel will charge the corresponding amount to the first night on the credit card. In case of not coming along to the hotel, reservation will be canceled and the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night on the credit card. Hotel Simon reserves itself the right to verify the validity of credit card and to refuse reservations in case of invalidity.
